1. Q: Can I get some samples? 
A:  We are honored to offer you samples for quality check. Usually , for  1 or 2 pieces samples , we can provide you for free , but you should afford the courier cost .

2. Q: What's the delivery time?

A: It usually takes about 25-35days to produce an order after we received the deposit. But the exact delivery time might be different for different orders or at different time.

3. Q: Can I mix different models in one order?

 A:  Of course but each model's quantity should more than our MOQ .Unless , we have stock for some items , less MOQ for mixed order , also can be acceptable . 

4. Q: How does your factory do regarding quality control? 
A: Quality is priority. We always attach great importance to quality control from the very beginning to the end of the production.  Every product will be fully assembled and carefully tested before it's packed for shipment.

5. Q:What's your warranty terms?

6. Q: Will you deliver the right goods as ordered? How can I trust you?

7. Q: What's the payment you accept ?

 A: As usual our payment are 30%T/T as deposit and 70%T/T before the shipment . But if the total amount are less than 5000usd , the payment are 100% in advance . Please understand it .
