1. Why using the felt bobs and wheels for polishing?

2. Do you offer that with other diameter?

Yes, we always offer grinder disc of D115mm to Europe and D100mm to India.  Besides, You are able to select merino wool and Chinese wool material if  need.

3.Is it acceptable if I need sample before order?

Yes, it is reasonable. We will offer free stock sample to you once you contact us. You just need pay for freight. Sample lead time is one day.

If you need customized sample, we will make a proof for you with little charge, and sample lead time is between 3 to 7 days. 

4.Can I have a discount if I need a large quantity?

Yes, we will be surely to give discounts  if indeed the order you placed is big enough.
