1. I need place mats in other styles that different with yours.

It is ok , we offer customized service.  give us your design , means pictures and size, please. We are able to make it for you.

2. What’s  the material of your mat?

We recommend polyester felt when you need tanglesome pattern on that, and if you prefer wool-feeling quality, wool felt is better .

3. I need a sample to see their quality before order.

It is ok to offer free stock sample from us, customers should only pay for the freight.Sample lead time: 1 day.

If you need customized sample, we will make a proof for you with little charge,and sample lead time is between 3 to 7 days.
