Description of Incubator:

 

Compared with Multi-stage Tunnel Style Incubator, Box Style Incubator will consume more energy. But it also has it advantages such as easy for cleaning and better sanitation. The total capacity for one machine is small, and customer can set eggs into the machine without considering continuity, so this machine is proper for smaller hatcheries that dont have their own breeders.

 

Control System: DC II Touch Control System
Cabinet Material: FRP (Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic) Skin Insulation Panel
Inside Structure: Hot-dip-galvanized Trolleys, Other structures use Aluminum, Stainless Steel, or other kinds of anti-erosion material.

Accessory Equipment:
YFDC-192 Hatcher: (According to a ratio no more than 6:1 between setters and hatchers, 5:1 is advised.)

Water Cooling System: Not included in the standard configuration. But it is advised for customers from hot area, in order to prevent high temperature alarm.

Box Style Incubator is different from Tunnel Style Incubators in design, and there is no need to use Air Compressor and Water Supply Kit.
