±0.15% accuracy for all calibrated spans is the standard feature for differential pressure (flow) transmitter covering 4 to 250kPa. The compositive monocrystalline piezoresistive sensor assures this accuracy for all elevated or suppressed calibration ranges without additional adjustment.

Unique hydroseal diaphragm
Permeation of hydrogen into the detecting unit through seal diaphragm can be suppressed thanks to the unique seal diaphragm which employs coating of gold.
