Digital Motorised Model :

1) Single Speed & Twelve Speed

The unit is same as motorized direct shear apparatus, except that the transducers like displacement sensors and load cell with micro-processor display system and online software are provided instead of dial gauges and proving rings. Total loading capacity of the apparatus is 8 kg/cm2. It is provided with both standard shear box ( 60mm x 60mm x 25mm ) assembly and circular shear box assembly. Set of weights to give a normal stress up to 3 kg/cm2 on the specimen through lever is provided as standard.

Accepts both cicular & square specimen.

Unit is electrically operated to give the following 12 rates of strains.

Following different woindows are available

(1) Specifications window

User can feed in the input details such as Party name, Job No, Date, Time, No. of tests, Test Material, Test sample type, Test Speed, Density, Moisture Content, Normal Stress, Location of samples, Test Type etc.

(2) Compre graph window

User can conduct 4 different experiments and can compare all 4 graphs on a single window for ease of analysis

Can generate final report in PDF, word, excel format

(3) Party master

User can make the database of client master and can log, modify and store the dedicated graphs for individual client reference.

(4) Settings

An operator can change the background of the software. An operator can also add or remove the specifications parameters within the software as per the requirements.
