Flexible printed circuit, also known as flex circuits, is a technology for assembling electronic circuits by mounting electronic devices on flexible plastic substrates, such as polyimide, transparent conductive polyester film. Additionally, flex circuits can be screen printed silver circuits on polyester. Flexible electronic assemblies may be manufactured using identical components used for rigid printed circuit boards, allowing the board to conform to a desired shape, or to flex during its use.

For flexible can make 0.5OZ,1OZ and 2OZ copper thickness, For FR4 pcb we can make max 5OZ thick copper;

Q4.What are the color options for Flex PCB solder masks?

Usually it cover the yello, white or black polyimide film; sometime also can print Green oil for small spacing.
