I. Brief introduction of electromagnetic stirrer:

 

     Can be used as water bath and also can be used  as oil bath. Strong magnetic stirring is set in trough solid.

 

II. CHARACTERISTICS OF USES:

 

     1. Adopt ANSI 304 stainless steel heater which can be used for oil and water bath.

     2. Strong magnetic stirring makes the stirrings in the flume rotate synchronistically to ensure the even and precision of high viscosity solution temperature.

     3. The performance of high performance direct current brushless machine is stable and can be used continuously.

     4. High temperature magnet will not lose magnetism when continuous use in 300°C.

     5. PID control, digital display.

     6. Dual sensor, temperature can be converted and displayed in flume and reaction vessel.

Use Method:

 

(1). Fix the reaction container, and add the liquid into the bath according to your

needed temperature.

(2). If it is used as the water bath or oil bath, please add suitable volume of water or oil according to the container’s capacity (note: water or oil can’t be overfilled in case of damaging the machine and causing danger); the liquid level should be 2/3 of the bath.

(3). Power on and switch on the heating switch, the display show “Input type PT” 4S, the machine enters the running state and shows the measurement temperature. After the temperature is set, the machine is in normal working condition.

(4). Turn the potentiometer switch to open stirring function and adjust the rotary speed slowly according to your needs.

(5). Temperature setting:press SET button, display SP and set value periodically, change the set value by increasing “up” and reducing “down”. Press SET button to quit the setting state.

(6). Common breakdown: If ” is displayed in the front row of the display window, the sensor is open circuit or the input signal exceed measurement range. Oppositely, if “” is displayed in the back row of the display window, the sensor is short circuit or the input signal is below measurement range.

(7). Press the reducing button for 8S time, the decimal point of the LED disply begin to twinkle. And the meter enters automatic self-adjustment state. After automatic self-adjustment, a set of PID parameters are obtained which make the effects of temperature control are the best. Hereafter, the meter will control the temperature according to new PID parameters.

(8). The sensor of HWCL-3 and HWCL-5 is internal. If you need to test the temperature of reaction container, just insert the external sensor into the container; the sensor of HWCL-1 is external and just put it into the container to test the temperature.
