II. CHARACTERISTICS OF USES:

III. Technical characteristics:
When the cooling temperature is below -100 °C, common technology is the use of 3 cascade refrigeration system for cooling, which uses three compressors for cooling. The structure of this system is complex and three compressors cause the high cost of investment and running. Besides, too many running parts and soldered ears bring it many leakage points and make it unreliable and difficult to maintain. Our company has independently developed the single-stage compression refrigeration segregation heat exchanger of entire series combination, and based on which we have developed low temperature cooling fluid circulation pump of single compressors which can reach temperatures well below -100 °C . This model adopts evaporator of coil tube type and its coat is equipped with coil pipe structure heat exchanger of tandem type . This model makes heat exchanger of tandem type composed of the evaporation outer tube and the multi-stage condensation inner tube within the lumen to achieve one compressor form a multi-stage refrigeration system and to make the structure of overlay refrigerating system more simple, lower production costs, at the same time greatly reduce the craters . Therefore the reliability of the refrigeration is improved.
