Himalayan White Salt Chunks

 It is the same natural salt as the larger crystals we offer. No matter how fine the salt is crushed, the full complement of beneficial minerals is still present. However, the fine granules:

• Melt faster
• Are easier to grind down if necessary
• Are easier to get precisely measured amounts for cooking or other uses

This size works well for regular salt shakers as well as in cooking recipes. Because it melts faster, you can mix recipes and formulas faster than with the larger granules of salt. The coarse granulated Himalayan Crystal Salt is perfect for those who want to use a salt mill or grind their own salt.
