Charcoal Rotisserie Brazilian BBQ  Grill

 

 

• Industrial charcoal grill designed to small and midsize restaurants, customized constructed from 800mm  to 2500mm and from 09 up to 65 skewers in 2 rotisserie galleries plus rest bar or 3 rotisserie galleries;
• Does not need masonry, avoiding unnecessary spending on construction materials and labour once the equipment already leaves the factory ready for using;
• Equipment all coated stainless steel, providing greater hygiene facilitating cleaning and transmitting greater security and reliability to its user.
• It has 04 or 06 casters, facilitating its moving in the kitchen or establishment and also offering easy access to the rotisserie system;
• Depending on the size of your BBQ machine, we recommend to use a specific space for the charcoal lighting, avoiding soot on the meat and roasting faster the meat.
• Length: 880mm, Width: 820mm, Height: 1600m.   
• Stainless steel front rack and frame .
• Electric motor : positined on right or left side . Mounted motor included with belt-driven gear box (specify on left or right when ordering) .
• Rest bar on top which fits anothe row of sationery skewers .
• Industrial rotisserie system customized constructed from 70mm  to 3300mm  in 09 to 61 skewers in 1,2 or 3 rotisserie galleries;
• Space between the skewers 101 or 125mm;
• Easy installation;
• Included 1 set of skewers with any handle RICM, RICAM, RICA (small/medium/large) corresponding to the rotisserie system;
