3. The Forming tube is made of SUS304 material of concavo-convex surface, reducing the friction & damage against the film with the forming tube when the film is drawn down and accelerating the packaging speed.

4.The Panasonic servo motor + gear box (reducer) drives the pulling belts while the vacuum pump supply the suction for pulling belt to draw the wrapping film exactly and promptly.

5. Sealer’ Cooling Device makes the temperature of sealing sections of the bags cool down shortly after sealing to avoid sealing parts being wrinkled.

6. The air swelling shaft allows for easy and friendly mounting & fixing the film bobbin.

7. Packaging Machinery mainly contains two kinds of sealings. The horizontal sealer and vertical sealer, but among them, horizontal sealer is more important than vertical sealer. Therefore we adopt “Panasonic servo motor”+ gear box(reducer) to ensure the most important factors of sealing quality – sealing time, sealing pressure and sealing temperature at a same data during making bag each time of operation so as to keep sealing stable, pretty and having a good sealing .
