Process of Production

We use PU high density molding form to assist the construction of the head tube

and bottom bracket structure instead of using traditional air bag system. It can reduce

the inside wrinkle and enhance the strength and stiffness of the frame. The result of test

shows that the frame’s weight can be reduced about 20-30g by using PU high density

molding form. And the strength and stiffness of the head tube can reach 174Nm while

using traditional air bag system just reach 140Nm.

In general, using PU high density molding form not only can reduce the inside wrinkle,

but also can enhance the strength and stiffness.
