Samples: Usually 1-2 free samples can be offered after price approval and receiving your Express Delivery Account, such as DHL, FEDEX, UPS,etc.

Samples time: 3-5 working days for existing samples for your reference, 5-6 working days for customizing your logo.

    A: Our company is one of the leading manufactures of cutting knives. We specialize in manfacturing various kinds of cutting knives, scrapers and cutter sets etc for more than10 years in Hangzhou City.

 

2. Q: Can I make my design with my company logo and who do I contact?
    A: Yes, we can make your design for you. We have made many customized design for different companies. At the same time, your company logo can be also printed on the products. You can contact any of us on our web site or send emails to us.

 

3. Q: Will you match your competitor's prices?
    A:  We check competitor prices on a regular basis and we make sure our products are the lowest on comparable items. You may see some items that are cheaper than ours that look the same, but when you receive that item you will be disappointed. We use only commercial grade high quality cutters. Our plastic is extremely strong, our blades are sharp and stainless. You cannot compare apples to oranges.  

 

4. Q: What is your delivery time and what is your payment item? 
A:Usually the goods will be delivered within 45 days upon receiving your  formal order and 30% deposit and the mass production time can be shorter if necessary.  And our payment item is usually T/T, 30% deposit in advance after you confirm the order and 70% balance against B/L COPY. Or L/C at sight accepted.

* 1st - Send your Enquiry :
Send your enquiry to our operation staff emails with your detailed requirements or your ideas.

* 2nd - Get your invoice :
We will send you invoice (or Proforma Invoice), include all product and package information and leading time and payment instructions.

* 3rd - Confirmation and make deposits:
If ok, please confirm the order and make deposits to us accordingly. if not, send us your questions please.

* 4th - Prepare and Delivery :
Once we get your deposits, we will start to prepare the order and make delivery to you ASAP.

 

* 5th- Make balance payment:

 You can balance the payment before shipment or you can make balance against B/L Copy.
