Product Features:
1. he size and shape of spraying are insusceptible. Spraying can be conducted on the whole surface, or on a large defined
surface, which is a convenient and economical method in coating the partial surface of a large unit.

Application:
SZNK manufactures zinc and zinc/aluminum alloy wires used for Zinc Thermal Spray, often called Metalized Coatings. Zinc and zinc alloy wire sprayed coatings are integral steps in the manufacture of various electronic, capacitor, automotive, heat exchanger and tube & pipe products. Thermally Sprayed Zinc based alloy wire coatings are also used in the Corrosion protection of bridges, locks & dams, above ground storage tanks, light poles, and other critical infrastructure.
Pure Zinc Wire: 0 VOC Coating. Melting Point: 787°. Bond Strength aim is 500 psi. Max Service Temp is 140°. Coating coverage estimate per pound @ 6 mils thickness is 3.5 sq. foot per pound.
