1. Crushing the waste PP PE film or bags into flakes.

2. Washing the dirty flakes clean.

3. Drying the flakes.

If your wastes are very dirty, you should add one Floating/ Rinsing washer and screw feeding.

 The pelletizing machine is used as one PP or PE plastic recycling machine, the process of this automatic production line for extrusion and pelletizing is as following:
Agglomerator -Extruding- Pelletizing Under Water- -Drying-Delivering-Pellets Containe

1.1 set of Agglomerator ( for easy transportation to final extrusion-pelletizing ,or you can choose the forced feeding ,it is a cheaper equipment .)
