Features

 

This machine can assemble 5 types of screw according to different plastic process required by customers. The main engine employs over current and scissors pin protection, and the D.C motor used controllable silicon to stepless speed regulation. The temperature control system has realized auto regulation with accurage data display and high automation. Screw rod elements and barrels are both made of top quality nitrogensteel with surface hardness HV 950-1050 and layer of nitrogen casehardening more than 0.4mm.
