Thyristor power supply covers rectifier, AC voltage regulator, AC power regulator and AC-AC frequency converter.

1. Working Principle

• Thyristor power supply consists of transformer, power unit, controller and auxiliary circuit, realizes voltage, current and frequency control through phase shift angel control.
• Adopts phase shift transformer and sequence control etc. technology to improve voltage or current waveform, increase power factor and reduce harmonic in input, output current.
• When output current is high, adopts double star circuit to improve EMC.
• Adopts DSP as control core, touch screen for HMI and multiple communication protocol for distributed control.

2. Main Circuit Principle

We use high-power thyristor rectifier power supply for the system. Each rectifier is consist of a pulse rectifier transformer, a set of 12 double star, rectifier bridge, a set of control system. Main circuit topology is shown in figure.
