Rolling screen' structures and working principles

 

Structures

It is mainly composed of motor, reduction gears, roller device, rack, sealed cap, feeding hole, discharging hole,etc

 

Working principle

The roller device is installed obliquely to the rack.The motor, by reduction gear, is connected to the roller device through coupling. The motor drives the roller device to revolve around its axis. When the materials enter the roller device, due to its inclination and revolving, the qualified materials(materials under the sieve) are discharged from the exit at the bottom of the back-end of the roller. The unqualified materials (materials on the sieve) are discharged from the exit of the tail of the roller. Because of the materials flipping and rolling inside the roller, the materials stuck in the mesh can be bounced out, preventing the blocking phenomenon of the mesh.
