Rod mill's Working principles

 

The motor drives the tube to rotate by reducer. The ore and steel rod are thrown up to a certain height by force of friction and centrifugal force, then drop down because of the function of the gravity. And the ores are crushed and ground gradually during the process. Crusherd ores are discharged out of the mill finally. The feeder feeds evenly and continuously while the ground materials are discharged continuously. Rod mill can work non-stop 24 hours per day.
