Jaw Crusher'  Operating Principles

 

The manner of working is dynamic squeezing. The motor drives the belt and belt pulley, making the movable jaw move up and down through eccentric shaft. When moving jaw moves up, the angle between toggle plate and moving jaw increases. And the moving jaw is push forward to come near to the fixed jaw. At the same time, the materials are crushed or squeezed to achieve the goal of crushing. When the moving jaw moves down, the angle between toggle plate and moving jaw gets smaller. The moving jaw leaves the fixed jaw plate with the function of the the pull-rod and the spring. Meanwhile, the materials that has been crushed are discharged from the hole at the bottom of the crushing cavity. The quantity production is realized with the continuous rotating of the electric motor and the periodic movement of the movable jaw plate to crush and discharge materials.
