These are HIGH QUALITY 304 polished Stainless Steel (Not chrome on Brass) Outrigger base and pole mount kit. Each kit comes with 2 bases, 2 gaskets and 2 pole mounts. 

The pole mounts are sized to accept 29mm outriggers. The poles have segmented cut-outs on the bottom, giving the option to secure the pole in several different angles.
