    Product Descripton of   Kaplan turbine micro water power generator 

 

Axle hydro generator units are suitable for low head hydro power plant, water flows in axle direction and flows out making the wheel rotate, Axle hydro turbine can be divided into fixed vane and Kaplan type according to the structure of runner.

 

 

1)    The fixed vane type is normally used for medium and small power plant and water head, with relatively small change.

Features: 

a. Simple structure.

b. When deviating from the designed operation conditions, there will be drastic downgrade of effect.

 

 

 

2)    The Kaplan type is mainly used for big and medium plants, water head, and power plant with relatively big change.

 

Features:

 

a. Wide range of high efficiency area as coordinated control of vane and guide vane and guide vane is achieved.

 

b. It has relatively complex structure as it requires control mechanism of runner vane.

 

 

 

The axle hydro turbines provided by our company are suitable to be used for: 2 m -28m of water head, runner diameter of 0.6-6.3m. capacity of 55-80000kw.
