CXJZ30 chocolate molding machine. SUS.Temperature/ Rotating speed can be adjusted. It can produce many kinds of chocolate, like plane chocolate, ball chocolate, hollow chocolate, with filling, and etc. It's also easy to operate.
CXJZ 30 has Vibration device, it is very useful to help you to get rid of the air, which is in the chocolate before cooling, make chocolate’s appearance and taste better.
1. Firstly, going through the hopper raw chocolate blocks will be melt into the stainless steel basin below;
2. Then, you can control the automatic constant temperature. Paste attached on the turn-plate will be collected;
3. Later, pouring procedure will finished by hand. There are various styles of customized mould;
4. Next, using drawknife to raze excess chocolate which is on the mold edge, put the mould with chocolate on the table, cooling and de-mould;
5. Finally, vibrating board is helpful to chocolate coating.
