Then Quality Dept. will make analysis, confirm the related responsible department, take corrective actions, trace and validate implementing effects and finally inform the results to Sales Dept. orderly. Lastly, Sales Dept. will send these related documents and analysis to customers to get their satisfaction confirmation.
