Usage:

Widely used in apparel fabrics, footwear cloth, the Industrial Fabrics, and other related fabrics, leather materials, plastics laminate with Polyester film, EVA film, PU, PVC products.

1. The whole machine is equipped with automatic winding, unwinding, automatic correction, pre-baking, composite drying, water cooling, automatic cutting edge and so on. The ready products are full of advantages like uniform coating, composite flat, no deformation, no bubbles, not wrinkle, soft, breathable and regular coiling. 

2. According to different material , the winding and unwinding device can be equipped with many suitable device.

3. Because of different types of the material , the device can be reduced or added. 

4. It can be used with solvent water based glue .

5. Gumming quantity and gumming way can be chosen according to the raw material . 

6. Heating way can be chosen like electrial heating , steam heating and oil heating . 

7. Roller width can be customized accoring to raw material .
