How HUD works on your dashboard:

1. 1. Because of the materials used for the surface of a car’s dashboard are typically smooth and coated with a protective layer, making it difficult to allow a strong adhesive bond, you should make sure your dashboard is clean from dust and dry.
2. 2. Before installation, the protective film on the base stand’s PVC pad must be peeled off. (It is recommended that you keep this protective film 

for future use in case you decide to remove the base stand and wish to prevent dust from sticking to it.)

1. 3. The HUD combiner angle is adjustable to fit the driver's line of sight.
2. 4. The best angle of HUD combiner is 45 degrees.

Install the HUD on dashboard:

1. 1. Put the HUD system on the dashboard as shown below.
2. 2. Adjust the combiner angle or base angle to match the driver's line of sight that can clearly identify the contents of the HUD

WiFi Display dongle connection (Screen mirroring):

The Mirroring feature allows you to put everything that appears on your smart phone screen, including incoming calls, apps and so on, to the H1’s screen, including sound, without the need for MHL or HDMI cables by using WIFI. It’s truly a screen mirroring process.

Smart Phone with WiFi display (Miracast) function:

Major brands of smart phones have support for WIFI display. On Android-based devices, it is called Miracast. For IOS-based devices (iphone and iPad), that’s Airplay.

How to use WiFi Display dongle:

Please follow the installation guide as below:

1. 3. Please switch to your smart phone's WiFi signal setting page and select the wifi signal as shown in the lower right corner of HUD screen.
2. 4. After completing the last step, the phone will connect successfully with HUD
3. 5. Different brands of Android phones may activate WiFi display mirroring by using different methods, please refer to your smartphone’s user manual. ( Keyword : Miracast, WiFi display, Screen mirroring, Allshare ……)
4. 6. Take SAMSUNG for example – Setting step is as follows .

1. 7. After setup is successful, the smartphone screen will be synchronized with the HUD screen, and user can start to operate driving safety-related APP.
2. 8. If the WiFi signal from dongle is interrupted or undetectable, reconnecting the device power or restarting your smartphone may solve the issue.
