The outer material is 1000D Cordura or nylon, the whole vest is stitched by nylon thread.

In front the vest, there are one utility pouch, and two pistol magazine pouches, one radio pouch, one small equipped pouch; And these pouches are in one layer, so the whole layer can be removed easily. There is one ballistic plate (10*12 inches) pocket in either front or back side. Both waist and the shoulder parts are adjustable.
