A3: For the led lamp, based on the different quality level we provide 2-5 years warranty.

Q4.What's the delivery time?
A4: 5-7 days for samples, 12-15 days for mass production.

Q5.What's your payment term?
A5: We accept pay by T/T, Western Union and PayPal.
Sample order: By full paid 100% in advanced.
Formal order: 30% as deposit, balance will be paid before shipment.

A6: Yes, you can. OEM sticker and OEM packing both are available.

Q7. What is the transportation?
A7:Depend on customer’s request. Normally, sample order we suggest ship by express. Bulk order can ship by sea.
