Steel Pipe External Grinding Machine

1.Application: this equipment applied for grinding the external face of steel pipe.

Mainly for stainless steel, alloy steel, carbon steel, all kinds of welded pipe and

seamless pipe outside surface defects grinding. At the same time also can be

used as used steel tube renovating and cleaning equipment.

2.Features:

1) there are 6 grinding heads in closed dust collector room. The front of dust

collector room installed with toughened glass and defend net, the workers

operate on the outside of collector room, safe and reliable.

2) use 3 sets wet type centrifugal dust collector, make the abrasive dust and the

water mist mixed and precipitate at the tank of dust collector, environmental

protection.

3)  Floatable grinding head support can move with the tube’s curvature.

To ensure uniform grinding of steel tube radial surface.
