2.Production process instruction:

Storing rack-Dial keep-off device-rollgang-Clamping rack-forming unit machine-Turkey’s head-pulling out rack-output roller-kick-out device-unloading table

3. Equipment technical description:

1. )Storing rack: welding structure, used for storing a certain amount of circular tube

2.) Dial keep-off device: move a piece of round tube into rollgang, and prevent other pipe into the input roller.

3.) rollgang: transfer head of a round tube  to the clamping rack; roller length 8m, AC1.5 KW.

4.)Clamping rack: transfer a round pipe into forming unit machine

5. )Forming unit machine: forming round pipe into square pipe or other rectangular pipe,five four roller frame. Main motor  respectively AC22 electromagnetic stepless speed regulation or DC22 dc speed regulation according to different configuration

6.) Turkey’s head: Used for coarse straightening steel pipe after finishing.

7.)pulling out rack: Pull the end of the finished tube out of Turkey head and help Turkey for steel tube straightening

8.)output roller: Used for finished steel pipe conveying pipe

9.) kick-out device: move the finished tube from  output roller to unloading table

10.) unloading table: hold a certain amount of finished pipe

11.) electric- control: for all equipment of operating and controlling production line ; Electric control cabinet, work station of each one
