Working principle:

Wanfeng new-type organic fertilizer granulator uses high-speed rotary mechanical mixing power and the resulting air force to make finely powdered material continuously realize mixing, granulating, spheroidizing, compaction and other processes in the machine, so as to achieve the purpose of granulation. 

Scope of application: 

New-type organic fertilizer granulator is applicable for the granulation of lightweight finely powdered materials. The finer the basic particles of finely powdered materials, the higher the sphericity of particles will be and the better the spheroidizing quality will be. It is generally required that the particle size of materials before granulating shall be less than 20 mesh, typical applicable materials include chicken manure, swine waste, cow dung, carbon black, pot clay and kaolin, etc.

2）It can be applied in Cake Fertilizer Production Line. Main raw material is soybean cake.

3）It can be applied in Organic Compound Fertilizer Production Line. Raw materials is chicken manure, pig manure, cow dung, and other livestock/poultry waste.

4）It can be applied in Complete Feed, Mixed Feed Production Line. Raw materials are maize, legume, and grass powder.

5）It can be applied in Biological Feed Production Line. Raw material is crop stalks.
