1) When can I get the quotation?

2) Do I need to pay the sample cost? 
Yes, please pay for the samples and shipping fee firstly, if large amount, the sample fee will be returned.;

Samples will be ready within 7 days.
3) What about the lead time for the production?
To be frank, it depends on your order qty. usually it need 30-35 days.
