1. The power is not turned
Reason: The power socket is bad or no power to detect power 
Solution: antecedents, seated outlet.

2. No sound.
Reason: a. Audio cable not connected well.
b. Volume is ajust to minimum volume
c. Mute function
Solution: a. Correctly connect the audio cables.
b. Adjust the volume, make the sound is stitable
c. Relieve mute function

3. No remote control.
Reason: remote control battery installed backwards or depletion 
Solution: reinstall the battery or replace with new batteries.
