Q2: What is the MOQ (minimum quantity order)?

A2: For grips with no customization, the MOQ is 1200 pieces. For any customization request, the MOQ is 10,000 pieces.

Q3: What should I do if I would like to order less than MOQ?

A3: 1) we could hold your products for you.

2) we could take deposit, which will be returned once the MOQ is reached.

Q4: What is the price term? Are they FOB?

A4: The prices are out-of-factory prices only (EXW). For order above 5,000 USD, we will cover freight for both FOB and CFR terms. Yes free sea freight to your destination port! For order below 5,000 USD, we will have to collect $150 loading/port management fees for FOB term; for CFR term, additional shipping fees would apply depending on destinations. We also offer express international air delivery (ETA 5-7 business days for major destinations worldwide) at costs.

Q5: How can I get samples? Are they free?

A5:We provide free samples of all our available overgrip/grip models to all customers. We only collect $25 for express international shipping with DHL, Fedex, USPS, etc. To receive samples, please send $25 to our PayPal account (please ask) and send the following information to us (please do send complete information as below so we could provide you with free samples).

Standard samples will be sent in 2 business days after the payment and information are both received. Customized samples within 3 weeks. Delivery time within 5-7 business days.

Q6: Can I put my logo on the products? On grip? On the tape? On package?

A6: Yes, you can customize all aspects of the products with your brand, that includes logo embossing on the grip, branding on the finishing tapes, and customized packaging. Please note that all customization request has MOQ of 10,000.

Q7: What should I do if you do not ship the goods on time or I find the problem after I receive the goods?

A7: We have trade assurance on Alibaba. Worst case senario, you can file a case against us on Alibaba and we will be out of business. However, we are pretty sure you will like us and trust us once you start talking to us because of our professionalism and first-class service.
