Use and characteristic:
1.EPS batch-type foaming granulator is mainly use to be making the PS foaming granules. Produces the pellet widely uses in keeping warm fills, professions and so on toy. This machine production foaming pellet may control in the 0.8-2.2mm diameter and 12-60 Kg/m3 density, by foaming time, pressure, temperature control its foaming multiple and diameter control.

2.The machine uses the PLC programmable controller and the touchscreen, the automatic feeding material,automatic temperature control, pressurize and feeding quantificationally,it realizes the completely automatic production.
3.The high quality enclosed constant pressure foaming,the thermal efficiency is high,it than continuous foaming machine to save over 50% of steam.

4.Uses the high accuracy imported air control valve,causes its temperature control in ±1%,EPS granules achieves consistently, the moisture content is extremely low.
