Product Description

 

Function:

Cage accumulator is used to receive strip steel discontinuously from uncoiler and at the same time provide the steel strip to forming unit continuously. It stores steel strip before forming unit temporary, in order to ensure the continuous production when welding the two coils. It’s storing capacity can be realized through pinching part driven by motor, feeding to cage body continuously.

Structure: Cage Accumulator is comprised by pinching part and cage body. Cage body is made up by weld assembly.

Steel width: 78.5mm-240mm

Strip steel thickness: 1.0mm-2.0mm

Storage length: about 400-600mm

4. ERW76 forming & sizing mill (including Zinc patching machine)

It’s the main equipment of the weld pipe production line, it can continuously reel the long strip steel of specific size to cylinders and welding to pipe, it can both produce round pipe and square or rectangle pipe, the mechanical unit use roll forming theory, the high frequency welded pipe can continuously produce steel pipe in specific size, the heating method use induction welding, which means feeding the specific size of steel strip into the machine, through forming roll change the steel strip into billet pipe, then through Kelvin effect and proximity effect of the high frequency current, let the current concentrate in high degree at the pipe edge, heat the pipe edges reach the weld temperature in short time, and finish the welding at the roll , then through the process of cooling, sizing and rough straightening into the needed size steel pipes. The unit is made up of forming machine, welding machine, cooling device, sizing machine and rough straightening device five parts. The forming machine and sizing machine are driven by one direct current electric engine.

Feeding Set:

It is designed especially for making the strip steel enters into mainframe. It is made up of up-horizontal roll and below-horizontal roll, one 5-roll passive flattener and one pair of feeding vertical roll. It is used to flat and orient strip steel.

Horizontal Roll Stands:

It is used to fix the horizontal roll and is main part in forming phase. It adopts double-housing type. When changing rollers, from side of stands. Below-roll doesn’t need to be adjusted; the height of rolling low line can be insured by unit precision and super- precision insurable bed. It is made up of two frameworks. If changing roll, you only need disentangle bolt and acorn nut in non-drive side framework and then pulled into slide. Orientation fixing and feather key is matched with key way in basement. The height of up-roll can be adjusted via acorn nut.

Horizontal frame is integrity steel casted, roll shaft dia.60mm, and material is 40Cr, high-frequency quenching.

Vertical Roll Stands:

It is used to install vertical roll. It can operate on three aspects. First, it is concerned with the deformation of transient conduction between two horizontal frameworks. Secondly, it conquers the spring back of tube bank leaving horizontal roll, thirdly, it operate on guide function. The main axis is sustained in one point and that is convenient for changing roll, draw plate is fixed by screwing up bolt as accessorial bolster. The degree of symmetry about centerline of two roll shafts is adjusted by adjusting acorn nut. The distance of two roll shafts is adjusted by running lead screw. The height of vertical roll can be ensured by roll bed. Bearing is rolling bearing.

Vertical stand shaft material is 40Cr and diameter is 40mm, high-frequency quenching.

Weld Seam Guide Stands:

It is fixing in front of squeezing roll and used to be guide roll. It has three actions. As follow,

First, it can be used to control the direction of pipe seam. Namely, it can ensure that pipe seam is sent into squeeze roll as be flattening.

Second, it can control the shed angle.

Third, it controls center position of pipe bank and make it be aiming to caliber of squeeze roll.

Interstice between up-roll and below-roll is adjusted by adjusting bolts.

Top-roll and below-roll is fixed in a turning support. It can be circle adjusted via worm and tooth annulus. Transposition can be adjusted for disappearing end bumper by bolt; the framework can be adjusted for broad ways.

Squeeze Roll Stands:

It is used to fix squeeze rollers. Its function is to squeeze the steel tube of which the edge is heated to the welding temperature, with certain squeeze pressure through squeeze rollers to achieve the purpose of welding.  The structure is two-roller type.

Squeeze roll shaft diameter 45mm, material is steel 40Cr, high-frequency quenching.

Remove external burr Device:

It is used to scrap weld seam and remove external burr. It is made up of two cutters for using alternately, if one is wrong, another can be changed, and scraper can be adjusted for up or down, and it can disappearing end bumper quickly by cam. There are two supporting roller underneath knife rest for bear scraping pressure.

Zinc patching machine:

It is used to supplement the zinc on welding seam area.

 

Cooling Device:

 

It is used to chill weld area for ensuring steel pipe be straighten precisely. It adopts the structure type that combines sprinkling and water bath into one. 

 

Rough straightened Device:

 

Another name is Turkey’s head and stated at the last part of sizing mill, it is used to straight strip pipe coarsely. It is made up of five four- roller straightening and head can revolve and adjust for right and left. It utilizes three-point way to straight steel pipe.

 

Cardan axle assembly:

 

It is used to connect gearbox and horizontal roll framework, it also connect main gearbox and extension gearbox. It adopts tailor-made transmission shaft. It is advantageous for using, maintain, changing and matching, also it owns overload safeguard function for horizontal framework.

 

Reduction Gear box:

 

Reduction gearbox use spiral gears with curved tooth structure. Each gearbox is composed by one pair of spiral arc gear and a pair of spur gear.
