Jerk Box allows you to execute all weightlifting exercises from a higher platform. The bar falls on the box instead of the ground so you don't have to pick up the bar from starting position.

Load capacity of 380kg. Comes with boxes of various heights which can be combined for a perfect fit.
Each Jerk Box layer is reinforced with heavy duty hardened wood insert to ensure durability, stability and minimal bouce.
