High Antipollution Device for Waste Water Treatment

    With the fast development of economy and increase of population, much more attention are paid by human beings to the nature pollutants. Based on the summary of sewage plants' operation and combined with our own achievements in scientific research and manual practice, we designed a set of organic sewage treatment device which adopts the nineties advanced technology and manufacturing skill at home and abroad. The device adopts FRP and stainless steel as the main material, the main purpose of this device is to make the industrial and domestic sewage meet the discharge and reuse requirement.

    The device is widely used in the hospital,   hotels, restaurants, sanitariums, home communities, villages and towns, stations, airports, harbors, factories, mines, troops, scenic spots, industrial organic sewage similar to municipal sewage etc and slaughtering industry, food industry. The outlet water after treatment can meet the national requirement of Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard. The whole device can be buried under the earth, so it is named “Underground Sewage Treatment Device”.

l WSZ underground sewage treatment device can be buried under the earth. The surface can be used as green land. And there is no need for plant construction, neither heating and heat preservation. FRP or A3 steel plate anticorrosion manufacture is suitable for the device with a capacity less than 5t/h.

l The level 2 biological contact oxidation process adopts the patent aerator, it doesn’t require complicated pipe fittings. Compared with the activated sludge tank, it has a smaller size and a better adaptability to water quality and stable outlet water quality. No sludge expansion.

l The sludge tank adopts the natural sedimentation method, one discharge for sludge is necessary for every three to eight months. (Suck the sludge with dung-cart or carry away after dewatering.)

l Generally, specially-assigned person is unnecessary for the device, proper maintenance is needed.

l With a strong adaptability to the variation of water quality.

l It doesn't require compression container. The equipped air compressor and circulating pump reduce the investment cost a lot.

l With lower power consumption and less maintenance. The aerobic process of this device can purify the stench of sludge.
