Description:
CAF cavitation aerator is our company on the basis of adsorbing American advanced technology ,according to our national conditions, combine several years sewage treatment work practical experience, developed the patented product. Which mainly applied in high efficiency aeration of petroleum,petrifaction,textile,food,papermaking,printing and dyeing,fermented,tannery,slaughter etc industrial sewage treatment and city domestic sewage treatment technological .
Structure: which is composed of motor,motor base,coupling,air intake drive shaft,aerator tank,oil seal,mechanical water seal ,air outlet impeller etc, the tank body can divide into carbon steel power painting,stainless steel.
Air bubble forming:adopting motor high speed revolution, when stir water volume , produce negative pressure and inhale air by air intake, air was inhale into water by center rotation axis , then forming into small air bubble after by impeller rotating cutting in the water, the micro air bubble diameter between 5um---15um, micro bubble lifting the water suspended solids slowly rising to the upper surface form scum, the micro air bubble will stay in water about 50-60s.
