About the line,

This line is mainly applied for aerosol / spray can punch forming,gumming,drying,etc.The whole line is semi-automatic,needing 10 or 11 persons for the whole line operation.The production capacity of the line is 20---30 cans /min.

The production procedure,

Bottom lid / cover:feeding—punch forming--circling--injecting—drying
Top lid/cover:feeding—punch forming--circling--injecting—drying
Aerosol can body:feeding--.rounding--welding(including coating and drying)--necking & flanging –bottom sealing—top sealing

Production to the can caps,

Certificate to the machines of the line,

Warranty,

One year after shipment,on proper operation conditions;

After-sale service,

Necessary training will be provided by us .The clients can dispatch their operators or technicians to our factory for training or our technicians will go to the clients' factory for technical support,like installation,etc,as well as the training to the local operators.By either means,the clients shall be liable for all the charges, fees for round-trip tickets,visa,accomodation,etc.
