Application Scope:

    It’s applicable to metallurgy, casting and mechanical processing, especially to metal plate welding and various machine welding, also to laundry, pigment and oxides.

Operating Principle:

    Automatic air drawing boom, rotatable and bendable, is located above the dust remover which can move the dust air at random to the best air drawing position and make it stay anywhere in the three-dimensional space.  Air drawing inlet is aligned to welding fume producing point. High efficient air filter is located in the middle part of the dust remover to remove solid particles generated in the welding process. Welding fume arising from the welding is a poisonous gas that contains toxic fine metal powder and chemical substances, doing great harm to workers’ health. Active carbon contained in the filter can effectively absorb harmful gases in the welding fume. Mobile welding dust remover applies to welding dust removing at dispersed welding points or fixed single welding point, easy to be moved around and replaced.
