Shabu Shabu Boiling Pan is designed for better heat conduction by enlarging the area of water exposing. In preparing Shabu Shabu, water temperature is instantly dropped by raw ingredients. The unique figure makes it possible to heat up the lowered temperature in a short time. With the funnel, flame is gathered at the center and heat conduction is more efficient. Heat wave rises through the funnel, so your arm won't get burned  putting foods into the pot.
