Application:

This machine is part of waste tire recycling line and plays a role of crushing the rubber tires into blocks of 30mm-80mm and separating the steel wire from the tire pieces.

Used tyre crusher machine for making rubber powder:Waste tire recycling equipment is used to produce the waste tyre into rubber powder or rubber crumb. It can treat both radial tyre and bias tyre and get rid of the nylon or steel in the waste tyre

1) Ring cutter

Function: It will separate the sidewall from the top are completely separated 

2) Strips cutter

Function: It will cut sidewall into wide of strips is 3-5cm, and tire circle reserved. 

3) Rim cutter

Functions: this machine should cut machine tyres, used for supporting the use of the strip cut into 3-5CM glue pieces.

4) Steel wire separator

Function: tires circle wire centrifuges, mouth will tire of coarse steel mouth circle parts with rubber effective separation

5) Tire crusher

Function: The machine is used for extracting the steel ring inside the wire from the strips tire.
