Q1. May I take a sample? Sample fee is need or not?
A. Yes , sample can be available. Sample fee is necessary for the customized items. The sample fee will be returned when you place order in Minimum Order Quantity.

Q2. How long will the sample finish?
A. uSUALLY 3~7 working days according to the desing and crafts.

Q3. How to ship the sample?
A. If you have express (FedEx/ UPS/ TNT/ DHL/ etc.) accounts with collect service , please order online in your country , or please send us your DHL accountwith number "96"

B. If you do not open any express account or want to save shipping cost , please advise your address with post code. We will quote you the freight via DHL/ FedEx/ UPS or EMS.

A. Yes, it will be better to send us some Pictures/ Sketch/ Dimemsion/ Acrylic Sheet Thickness / Use , then we can know about your requirments clearly.

Q5.May I make a logo on my products?
A. Yes. Craft: Silkscreen Print or Engrave Logo.
B. For printing logo , please advise how many colors of the logo , 1 color or more ?
C. How many positions you need to print the logo?
D. Pantone number of each color of them for reference.
