Introduction:

JH-2000A test bench is the special device to test the performance of high-pressure common rail injector assembly, it adopts BOSCH original common rail pump to provide 0~2000 bar of rail pressure, it can test common rail injector of main producers(BOSCH,SIEMENS,DELPHI,DENSO). 

1.Test Bosch,Denso,Delphi,Siemens solenoid valve common rail injectors. Piezo injector is available to test too. 

2.Pressure:0-2000Bar.

3.Install with Original Bosch CP1 pump.

4.Industrial air-conditioner to guarantee the oi temperature 38°C±4°C.

5.Injection times:0-1000times.

6.Accuracy:0.1ml

7.Test functions:

clean,leakage, injection oil quantity and back flow oil quantity(pre-injection,Idling, full load)
