RAW MATERIALS

A. SHELL FABRICS: Peach Skin fabric series in twill weave and plain weave, Golden velvet Trico brushed series (also available two side brushed fabric), Polyester Taslon series, Nylon Taslon series, Nylon - Cotton series, Cotton - Nylon series, Polyester - Cotton (woven) series, Polyester Taffeta series, Nylon Taffeta series, Poly Jacquard fabrics, Bird eye Mesh fabrics, Cotton-Polyester Fleece (available in 80-20, 65-35, 50-50 composition in different gsm weight) Cotton S/J series, Cotton Terry series, Poly Interlock series, Polar Fleece, Micro Fleece.

B. LINING FABRICS: S/J cotton, Trico Mesh, 190T Poly Taffeta, 190T Nylon Taffeta, Polar Fleece and Micro Fleece series.

1. Work Force: Around 190 workers (salaried as well as contract basis)

2. Machinery installed: 100 different type of machines installed.

3. Production capacity varies from garment to garment (depending on workmanship involved.) An average estimate of capacity is given below:

a. Polo Shirts: 3000PCS/day (approx)

b. Tank Tops, T-Shirts: 6000PCS/day (approx) 

c. Tracksuit: 1000SET/day (approx)

d. Sweat Shirts, Hoodies: 1500PCS/day (approx)

e. Trouser, short, Bermuda short: 3000PCS/day (approx)
