Single Cartridge Mechanical Seals, HFJR:

 

Structure characteristics:

Single cartridge mechanical seals, easy to install and operate, balanced type, independent of direction of rotation, short inboard length.  Stationary design & external multiple springs, no touch with mediums, open type.

 

Usable ranges:

Ratio of solid≤30%.

Temperature: ≤75°C ( can be 150°C in the medium of pure liquids ).

Pressure: ≤1.6MPa.

Shaft diameter: ≤250mm.

Mediums with high ratio of impurities such as gypsum slurry & limestone.

 

Main Applications:

In flue gas desulphurization equipments used in coal-fired power plant, suitable for fluid circulation pumps, also suitable for chemical & papermaking industries.  This type can totally replace JOHN CRANE mechanical seals.
