SERVING SUGGESTIONS - FRIED NOODLES

1. Fry one package of udon wish a teaspoon of oil. 

2. Flavour with soy sauce(or oyster sauce), sesame oil, pepper, etc., to taste. 

3. For additional flavour, add your favourite meat and vegetables.

SERVING SUGGESTIONS - NOODLES WITH SOUP

1. Add udon to 500ml of boiling water, cook for 1-3minutes.
2. Add soy sauce. bonito extract, mirin, sake (optiona), salt to taste.
3. Add your favourite meat and vegetables.
