Pure Lead Ingot is being produced from Raw Lead Bullion / Remelted and Secondary Lead Ingots / Lead Scraps though Pyrometallurgi

Our Plant is having three Refining Kettle / Pots with capacity of 35 MT, 18 MT & 10 MT each. Our Automatic Ingot Casting Machine cast 10 MT per hour and ensures Dross-free & smooth top surface of each ingots and almost similar weight of each ingot separately. We dispatch after staking of 42 ingots in one bundle dully striped.

Our modern quality control Laboratory consists of Optical Emission Spectrometer (OES) of Spectro Germany make & Atomic Absorption Spectrometer (AAS). Our manufacturing operations to produce Pure Lead / Lead Alloys, Lead Oxides (Litharge, Red Lead & Lead Sub-Oxide), Lead Products (Lead Sheets, Plates, Pipes, Wire, Powder, Cames etc.) are controlled round the clock by experienced Chemists & Q.C. Supervisors
